Business Developer

We’re seeking a strategic and ambitious Business Developer to drive the growth of Gabe Giro’s consulting services, including:

  • Android Refactoring
  • Remote Work Consulting
  • Fractional CTO Services
  • Scrum Master Support
  • IT Consulting
  • Mobile Consulting

You will be accountable for discovering new business opportunities, forging partnerships, and expanding our client base across tech companies, startups, and engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience in the tech industry and a deep understanding of how to position technical services to decision-makers. Target markets are the US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1 sale per month
  • Set and align sales targets with Gabe Giro, and provide periodic forecasting and reporting
  • Research the market and identify potential clients and decision-makers
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships that lead to new sales
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing and Engineering to deliver cohesive messaging and timely responses
  • Track and maintain customer data, CRM records, and engagement metrics
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions using a consultative selling approach
  • Provide feedback on service offerings and market trends

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the IT or software development industry (5+ years preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills – you know how to lead a conversation and close a deal
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize and act decisively 
  • Ability to work independently with remote teams and manage time effectively
  • Language speaking and writing native to the market in which the individual sells, e.g. German native for Germany, UK native for UK, US native for US, etc.

Our Offer

  • Commission only, no paid hours 
  • 25% commission on all first-year client contracts you close. This is subtracted by:
  • -5% if no qualification calls are conducted by you
  • -10% if you rely on Gabriel’s freelance profiles (e.g., UpWork)
  • -5% if you require regular guidance and supervision
  • Full remote flexibility — manage your work in your style and timezone
